How I got to this point in my life as an artist...
...I have received several inquiries regarding dog portraits for an upcoming art event. In the end, I decided it was time to take action. As far as the format is concerned, I believe God guided me. To my surprise, this was the first art tool (charcoal) I was taught to use at an early age. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to locate the charcoal paper. There was only one type of paper available, mixed media paper. If I wanted to continue, I could only purchase the paper size 9x12 at the store which was Strathmore Black Mixed Media 400 Series. Uncertain, I moved forward.
The circle has now been completed for me. Charcoal has taken over my life now.
I have included a few of my pieces here and will be adding more in the coming days and weeks.
Keep checking back, you may find a new favorite!

As 2024 comes to an end... My charcoal drawings have grew and I am LOVING IT! I continue to get furbaby(ies) commissions and have sold a few of my pieces at Art Events! Most of my pieces are sale! If you don't see something you like, it let me know I can add it to my collection.
